B Corp label is a points-based certification system
that rates a company’s social, environmental and accountability efforts. In other words, it doesn’t rank your operations based on much money you make, but on how much you care for the well-being of your people and the planet.
How we got certified
We earned a total score of 109 and got our certificate in September 2023. And since B Corp certification isn’t handed out for life, we’re continuously finding new ways to do better.
We scored highest in Impact Business Models:
Community (33.9 points) for our WWF donations: we donated 3.05% of our revenue in fiscal year 2021.
Environment (31.7 points) for the ECO elements in our products. Such as 100% Recycled PET plush filling and ECO shell materials.
Workers (22.9 points) for taking good care of our employees by offering benefits like personal
training and a health checks.
